The experience

A little guidance. A lot of you.

You bring the feeling. We’ll meet you there.

Room to feel like yourself.

You deserve to enjoy the chapter you’re living. We bring direction when you need it and pay attention to the moments that unfold on their own.

From a quiet proposal to a room full of family, the people and feeling come first.

From our first hello

Here’s how we approach it.

01

Start with your people.

Tell us about the celebration, the relationships, and the details that matter to you. Your story gives our conversation its starting point.

02

Make room for the moment.

We talk through your plans, your package, and the guidance you need. For a proposal, that includes helping you plan the moment and capture the reaction.

03

Settle in. Be yourself.

Every session includes guidance. You don’t need a collection of poses. We help with movement, placement, and the little things, then leave room for your laughter and connection.

04

Keep the feeling close.

The people. The details. The looks you almost missed. Our photography gives those moments a place in the story you keep. Delivery generally takes 14 to 30 days, depending on your services. We discuss the timing for your package during booking.

A little clarity

Planning your experience.

Reserve your date.

Your booking requires a signed agreement and a 50% retainer. The retainer is not refundable for any reason.

Plan your payment.

The remaining balance is due 24 hours before your shoot. Payment flexibility is available for larger services, including weddings and family events, and we discuss the arrangement during booking.

Choose your package.

We generally work with packages rather than à la carte services. We talk through your package and its inclusions at booking.

Bring us to your moment.

Travel up to 30 minutes outside Philadelphia is included. We assess additional travel pricing at the time of travel.

Plans can change.

Rescheduling requires at least 5 days’ notice and an available date within 15 days of your original shoot. Your retainer transfers to the approved date. An approved reschedule meeting these requirements avoids the cancellation charge.

Cancellations less than 7 days before the shoot require full payment. Once paid in full, the booking amount can go toward another service.

Weather has its own plans.

For weather or natural disasters, we waive the 5 day notice requirement and transfer your retainer to an available date. A studio option carries an additional cost.
